How does Arcaiva work for a franchise?
A franchise corporate office has top-level oversight of separate location books. Head office can review individual location reports and summaries across the locations it oversees.
Do franchise locations share one set of books?
No. Each location keeps separate books. Every location in the franchise program needs to run those books in Arcaiva. The head-office view brings reporting together without turning every location into the same business.
Can head office see the whole network?
Head office can oversee the location books within its management structure and run summaries across them. Set up the locations and people in your management structure.
Can our agents help with franchise reporting?
Yes. Authorized agents can connect through Arcaiva’s APIs to work with permitted books and retrieve reporting information. Use your Claude, ChatGPT, Grokbot or other API-enabled workflow through an authorized connection.
How is franchise pricing calculated?
The franchise corporate office account is $495 per month, plus $199 per location per month. For example, 5 locations come to $1,490 per month in total. Use the calculator on this page to try your own count.
How is this different from the corporate page?
Both use separate books with parent-office oversight. The franchise page focuses on a network of distinct franchise locations; the corporate page focuses on a company managing its own stores or operating locations.
How are new locations compared?
The dashboard compares stores by their time in business. Month 1 means the first full month open, followed by Month 2 and onward. Head office compares each stage with the system average for stores at that same stage to see where training or support will help.
Can a franchisee see another location’s numbers?
No. Each franchisee sees their own results and the same-age system average—not another location’s name, individual figures or rank. Benchmark group sizes protect individual location information.
